Pam Armstrong is very controlling, She likes to run everything even though I had list to call Inspector, Contractor etc. Perhaps she's trying to be helpful but doesn't come across this way. I actually found the house myself. She works with a relator in Whitehall ,arrangees things with her. My Attorney questioned where and how I got Miss Armstrong.

When my Mom passed, we decided to put her home on the market. The best thing we could have done was ask Pam Armstrong to be our Realtor. Pam is a joy! To work with. Amazing people skills, knows Washington county well, negotiates like a true go getter. She is knowledgeable about farming acres of land to wanting a back yard for privacy to wanting the access to shopping centers and a home in town. Pam ALWAYS answers her phone, even when she’s on the beach enjoying vacation. If she misses a call, she’ll call back. If you prefer to text, she’ll do that too.
